Job Summary
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and referral partners to drive census growth through strategic outreach. Review referrals and coordinate admissions into skilled nursing facilities while ensuring smooth transitions from hospital to post-acute care settings. Represent Champion Care at hospital meetings, networking events, and community outreach opportunities to identify new referral sources and market growth opportunities. Partner with facility leadership and admissions teams to support occupancy goals. Full-time position in Knoxville with competitive salary, bonus opportunity, company car, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in skilled nursing, admissions, healthcare marketing, business development, or case management preferred
- Knowledge of post-acute care or healthcare operations preferred
- Healthcare clinical background is a plus, but not required
