Job Summary
Market Liaison role focused on census growth and referral development across Racine and Kenosha markets. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and other healthcare providers; generating referrals and driving admissions growth for skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers; conducting facility visits, hospital rounds, and community outreach; educating referral partners on short-term and long-term care services; partnering with facility leadership to ensure smooth transitions of care; tracking referral activity and identifying opportunities for market growth; representing Champion Care at networking events and healthcare associations; and building strategic business development plans to increase market presence and occupancy. Ideal candidates have experience in healthcare sales, admissions, business development, or related fields, with strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel within Racine and Kenosha counties.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare sales, healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, case management, or skilled nursing
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Racine and Kenosha markets
