Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years of experience as a real estate leader or related experience within a sales or real estate organization
- Real Estate License
- High level of business ethics, integrity, and commitment to the mission of the company
- Demonstrated ability to operate and grow a profitable business unit
- Experience in recruitment, retention, and business development
