Market Leader responsible for sourcing and managing an agricultural loan portfolio in northwestern North Carolina, including Surry, Stokes, Wilkes, Yadkin, and Forsyth counties. Build relationships with agricultural producers and agribusinesses, act as a local ambassador to expand market share, and deliver tailored financial solutions. Drive growth by identifying lending opportunities, structuring competitive loan packages, guiding borrowers through applications, and collaborating with credit, deposit, and operations teams to provide smooth service. Role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, relationship-management skills, and a deep understanding of agricultural finance; leadership opportunities within the Agricultural Lending Division may arise as the bank expands in the region.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in agricultural lending
