Job Summary
Market Intelligence Senior Associate/Manager to support the Head of Strategy with cross-platform, cross-functional analysis. Responsible for developing and maintaining peer analysis, tracking cross-industry product development and partnerships, synthesizing GP insights for potential acquisitions, conducting rapid performance teardown and benchmarking, translating inputs into concise recommendations, and building materials for senior leadership. Collaboration with Investor Relations and advisory partners to refine key questions and maintain a current view across institutional, private wealth, insurance, and banking channels. Expected to contribute to new product development, GP evaluation, and channel strategy through rigorous analysis and insight generation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6-8 years of professional experience in a relevant role (management consulting, placement agents and investment banking)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate without a well-defined playbook
- Ability to develop high-quality materials for senior leadership
