Job Summary
Market Intelligence Manager – International market, customer, trend and competitor analyses to support Marketing, Business Development and strategic decisions. Identify market trends, customer needs and competitive potentials and derive decision-relevant insights for the organization, including support for marketing strategies, campaigns and value propositions. Create target-group oriented insights and decision bases, prepare complex market data for reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders, and contribute to building Market Intelligence as a company-wide knowledge and service system. Act as a liaison between Marketing, Business Development, Client Program Management and Strategy to integrate Market Intelligence insights into strategic and operational processes. Manage data sources (market, competitor, CRM) for consistent insights along the customer journey. Requires a Master’s degree in the sciences and several years of experience in Pharma/Biotech/CDMO environments, strong English skills, proficiency with MS Office/CRM tools, and an analytical, autonomous work style.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Bereich Naturwissenschaften
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Development, Market Intelligence und in der Pharma-, Biotech- oder CDMO-Industrie
- Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit relevanten Tools und Datenquellen (z. B. MS Office, CRM-Systeme, Datenbanken)
- Ausgeprägte analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, relevante Erkenntnisse aus Daten und Marktinformationen abzuleiten und adressatengerecht zu vermitteln
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
