Market Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary
Independently develop supply chain solutions by interpreting data from junior contributors and optimizing performance through benchmarking and financial analysis. Lead cross-functional project teams to design end-to-end supply chain capabilities, managing strategic models that translate physical and financial flows into business processes. Own projects from planning through execution, consult with business leaders on operational inefficiencies, and provide expert direction for process improvements and policy establishment. Work hybrid, averaging two days per week from an HPE office, as an expert level role within the global edge-to-cloud organization.
Required Qualifications
- First level university degree or equivalent experience
- 6-10 years of experience in a supply chain function
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and high-level modeling tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Mastery in English and local language
- Excellent team and project management skills, including project structuring
- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging trends
- Hybrid work arrangement (2 days per week from an HPE office)
