Job Summary
Control day-to-day store processes including display management, inventory ordering, and time/temperature checks while supervising and training new team members. Manage shift numbers, schedule staff, and handle all financial transactions at the C-Store Champs/Hanger 54. Create daily, monthly, and quarterly sales revenue reports to track P/L and forecast future sales based on industry trends and seasonal promotions. Implement departmental objectives, standards, and budgets to maximize facility-level revenues. Assist in designing policies and strategies to attract customers and increase profits. Adhere to the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program and comply with all casino, c-store, and regulatory agency policies. Maintain a neat appearance and operate various departmental equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of fast-food supervisor experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Handling and counting large amounts of cash
- Utilizing currency and coin counters
- Inventory control and food cost
- Ordering
- Scheduling
- Working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Skills to work with personal computers
- Skills to work with point of sale systems
- Skills to work with safety equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation
- Knowledge of food safety
- Knowledge of guest service
- Knowledge of cash control policies, practices and protocols
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret a variety of instructions
- Ability to pass all pre-employment processing
- Ability to pass a drug-screening test
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming Permit from For Sill Apache Gaming Commission
- Ability to obtain an Oklahoma food handler card
