Job Summary
Identify and execute local advertising and community sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand awareness. Analyze competitive landscapes and monitor referral source trends to inform strategic marketing decisions. Partner with market owners to determine specific hospital needs, develop strategic plans, and coach leaders on marketing fundamentals. Leverage VQ resources for B2B outreach and optimize marketing spend through data-driven recommendations. Adapt tactics based on shifts in case volume and competitive activity while owning growth initiatives from training to execution. This role requires 50% travel and is based in the Pennsylvania/Southern New Jersey market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications or Business/Sales
- 3-5 years of corporate/field marketing or sales experience
- The ability to travel 50% of the time
- Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and end-to-end programs
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with quick deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
