Job Summary
Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers, learning their names, and taking product orders at the Market Grille counter. Review daily orders, anticipate needs, and prepare or replenish food by pulling items from coolers and ensuring freshness. Operate the department register to receive payments and make change, while checking in product, pricing items, and delivering orders. Maintain a clean, sanitary work area, remove trash, wash dishes, and assist in other store areas as needed. Night and weekend shifts are required.
Required Qualifications
- Six months or less of similar or related work experience
- Prior food service experience is a plus
- Ability to safely use sharp knives and blades for food preparation
- Exposure to heat- and burn-related hazards associated with cooking, baking, or grilling equipment
- Ability to operate a delivery vehicle in accordance with applicable DOT standards
- Ability to perform repetitive standing, walking, reaching, and bending associated with order fulfillment, POS transactions, and cleaning/sanitation duties
- Night & Weekend Shifts Required
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre employment drug screen
