Job Summary
Back-up financial center leader for a market, supporting a cluster of financial centers in designated markets. Manages client traffic, guides client routing, and fosters client retention. Drives operational excellence, implements formalized management routines, coaches and develops staff, and creates a world-class client experience environment. Responsibilities include leadership of processes, data-driven decision making, risk management, and ensuring overall profitability and adherence to company standards. Requires weekend and/or extended hours availability and travel within the defined market; strong collaboration, inclusion, and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a work team
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals
- Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed to promote customer satisfaction
- Strong financial and business acumen including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability
- Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage others in dialogue and build relationships
- Strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
