Job Summary
Market Financial Center Manager at Bank of America leading a market-level cluster of financial centers in the absence of the designated financial center manager. Responsible for driving operational excellence, managing client traffic and routing, fostering a world-class client experience, coaching and developing team members, executing market-level initiatives, and ensuring effective risk management. The role emphasizes inclusive leadership, data-driven decision making, budgetary awareness, and strong collaboration across managers to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction. In-office role with defined weekend/extended hours expectations and travel within the market.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training, and/or motivating a work team
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals
- Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed to promote customer satisfaction
- Strong financial and business acumen including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability
- Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage others in dialogue and build relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliver results
- Strong communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written, and presentation) and active listening
- Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center within the defined market
