Job Summary
Operate as a backup financial center leader within the Colorado South Market, managing client traffic, routing inquiries, and fostering retention while driving operational excellence across assigned centers. Manage business results through formalized routines and coaching, ensuring cohesive execution of market-level initiatives prescribed by leaders. Lead a team of associates by applying inclusive leadership, risk management, and data-driven decision-making to balance profitability with sound risk resolution. Deliver clear communication that connects daily contributions to broader business outcomes while supporting talent mobility and career growth. Work weekends and extended hours as needed, with travel to any financial center within the defined market.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: coaching, training and/or motivating a work team
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals
- Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed to promote customer satisfaction
- Strong financial and business acumen including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability
- Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to easily engage others in dialogue, convey sincere interest in building/deepening relationships and demonstrate a commitment to providing personalized service
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and delegate while delivering results
- Strong communication skills (including verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills
- Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (for example, Microsoft Office)
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
- Must be able to travel to any financial center within the defined market
Desired Qualifications
- One year of management experience including hiring, coaching and developing direct reports
- Experience in the following industries: Consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail and/or hospitality
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Bilingual (fluent verbal and written)
