Job Summary
Back-up financial center leader for a designated market, responsible for managing client traffic, coaching and developing staff, and driving operational excellence to deliver a world-class client experience. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a work team
- Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed to promote customer satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to engage others in dialogue
