Job Summary
Market Field Engineer, Technical Service for automotive and industrial sectors. Lead technical problem solving by visiting customers with sales teams, propose and execute test plans, arrange testing, train customers on new products and construction methods, develop PCP/TPP/PMP offerings, coordinate field tests and reporting, support sales with technical materials and samples, and collaborate with overseas R&D and technical teams to share information and solicit support.
Required Qualifications
- Chemistry, Materials Science, or Mechanical Engineering background
- Experience in Technical Service, Application Development, Adhesive Bonding technology or Quality Management (industry agnostic, potential-focused)
- Business-level English proficiency (email, meetings)
- Strong teamwork and excellent communication within company structure (TS, Sales, R&D, Marketing)
- Autonomous, hands-on experimental/evaluation mindset
- Willingness to engage in field activities and customer-facing technical work
- Valid work authorization in Japan
