Job Summary
Conduct daily drive tests to assess product competitiveness, readiness for customer usage, and engineering issues while benchmarking competitors. Create assessment reports, log issues, and recreate customer usage scenarios based on past experience. Archive target mileage for standard requests and perform basic vehicle preparations, updates, and configurations to maintain vehicle health. Check vehicles against checklists at shift start and end, then assist with other team activities between driving cycles. Requires Vietnamese candidate with proficient English, automotive technical background, expert driving skills, and flexibility to travel over 50% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Vietnamese candidate
- English language communication skills: Proficient
- Graduated from Technical College majoring in Automotive, Mechanic, Electric, Mechatronic
- Expert driving skills
- Understand the driving behaviors, patterns, customer needs, and market competitiveness
- Possess analytical, reporting, presentation, problem-solving and vehicle evaluation skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts
- Flexibility to travel (>50% of the time)
- Clean driving record
- good defensive driving techniques
