Job Summary
Market Expansion Manager responsible for driving adoption of MRI fusion biopsy and prostate cryoablation solutions in a territory, building relationships with urology practices, hospitals, and IDNs, delivering product education and clinical presentations, coordinating trials and approvals, and managing CRM pipeline while traveling locally and overnight (~25–50%). Ideal candidate has 2–5+ years in medical device/healthcare sales, a proven quota track record, and the ability to navigate clinical stakeholders in OR and office-based settings. Flexible work-from-home options are available.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience (urology experience strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence clinical stakeholders
- Comfortable in a procedural environment (OR and office-based cases)
- High level of accountability, work ethic, and integrity
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet credentialing requirements
