Job Summary
Market Executive in Emerging Middle Market Banking leads a team of four to six bankers with indirect oversight of underwriting staff, treasury sales officer and client service professionals. Manages a portfolio of own clients while driving banking relationships with middle market companies typically between $20 million and $100 million in sales; focuses on customer-centric relationship building, strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Requires strong leadership, relationship management, ability to mobilize internal resources, and a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals within a commercial banking setting. Licensing requirements include FINRA Series 79, 63 and SIE with potential within 180 days of hire; Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of ten years account relationship management experience
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
- Management experience in a Commercial Bank setting, specifically leading a commercial lending sales team
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Creative solution and problem solving abilities and excellent business judgment
- FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire
