Market Director Perioperative Services

Lead multiple facilities in all aspects of Perioperative Services operations, including staff recruitment, development, quality management, regulatory compliance, utilization, and efficiencies. Integrate services between departments to ensure patient-centered care needs are met, drive quality and cost-effective care improvements, and serve as Director Perioperative Services at a designated facility while leading strategy and growth for the perioperative service line within the NE/IA market. Assure compliance with Joint Commission, federal, state, and agency laws, and maintain a system of management reporting that provides timely information on all areas of responsibility. Manage operating systems, operational standardization, and service standards across CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center - Bergan Mercy, a Level I trauma center and academic medical campus focused on patient-centered care.
