Lead strategic leadership for patient safety, high reliability, event management, and harm reduction initiatives across multiple hospitals and ambulatory settings. Collaborate with executive leadership, medical staff, quality leaders, risk management, and clinical operations to foster a culture of safety, ensure regulatory compliance, reduce preventable harm, and drive continuous performance improvement. Operate under a dotted line reporting structure to the Corporate Patient Safety Director.
