Market Director of Operations

Mentor Program Directors, establish goals, and monitor progress while developing training programs to ensure regulatory compliance. Manage treatment center operations, staffing, and financials, driving growth efforts and patient care quality. Monitor center performance, address issues promptly, and ensure team members maintain licensure. Oversee hiring, termination, and payroll activities, maintaining positive relationships with authorities. Coordinate marketing and outreach efforts as requested. This role requires at least three years of multi-location operations leadership experience within addiction treatment or behavioral health, a bachelor's degree, and strategic P&L acumen. The position involves travel by car and airplane, standard office work, and a variable workload with periodic high stress.
