Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and develop store managers to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across multiple locations. Monitor compliance with operational policies, safety standards, and company procedures while analyzing profit and loss statements and inventory reports to implement strategies that improve performance. Partner with sales leadership to deploy efficiency tools, evaluate business results, and produce accurate financial projections. Oversee inventory management to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock levels, conducting regular store visits to assess operations, train teams, and provide feedback. Champion employee engagement initiatives to build a positive work environment and stay informed on market trends and competitor strategies. Travel locally and via air up to 75% of the time to perform duties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Must be able to lift twenty-five pounds at times
- Specific vision ability required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
- Local and air travel up to 50% - 75% of time to perform duties
Desired Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail store operations with multi-unit management experience
