Job Summary
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of internal and external marketing events, managing logistics, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional coordination to deliver seamless attendee experiences. Drive production of marketing campaigns and tactics by engaging key partners while ensuring materials comply with Brand and Legal guidelines. Optimize marketing processes by developing standard operating procedures and conducting post-event analysis to measure success and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with market development, product management, and commercial teams to build customer value and achieve key performance targets. This role supports the Purification and Pharma Analytics marketing team within Thermo Fisher Scientific, requiring a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in market development or marketing communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Market Development, Marketing Communications or Marketing Operations
- preferably in life science/ biopharma or B2B industries
- Strong project management

- Expertise with Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

- Confidence in assisting with the execution of marketing campaign and tactics across a range of channels including email, social, sales enablement, events, and more
