Job Summary
Market Development Representative to generate new business opportunities across targeted verticals including Banking, Multifamily, CRE, Education, and other commercial segments. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, social media, and follow-up; identify and qualify prospective customers; schedule meetings for Sr. Director of Strategic Accounts; research target accounts and decision makers; maintain CRM activity and pipeline updates; collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing on campaigns; support strategic market expansion across Banking, Multifamily, CRE, Health Care, and other verticals; develop strong understanding of Keynetics USA solutions and market positioning; meet or exceed activity and pipeline goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sales, customer service, business development, or related professional experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospective customers
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written communication and follow-up skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
