Job Summary
Drive sales growth and distributor execution for Resurgence Brewing, BlackBird Cider Works, and Brightside Vibes by expanding distribution, improving chain execution, and developing key retail partnerships. Conduct regular distributor ride-withs, P&R meetings, and market visits while developing annual business plans and identifying new distribution opportunities. Maintain KPIs for volume, displays, and placements; execute new product launches and seasonal promotions to secure menu placements and points of interruption. Build relationships with wholesalers and retailers, resolve marketplace issues, and provide training to distributor sales teams. Collaborate with marketing on activations, prepare monthly business reviews, and maintain CRM records. Represent the company professionally across all customer interactions while managing a 70% field schedule with quarterly bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in business, management, operations or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in beverage alcohol, CPG, supplier, or wholesaler sales managing distributor relationships and territory planning
- Demonstrated experience managing a territory, maintaining clients, obtaining new clients and meeting sales goals
- Valid, current driver license
- Reliable transportation with required insurance(s)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to constantly travel within assigned territory
- Willingness to continually increase knowledge in the field
- Ability to analyze sales and depletion data
- Strong prioritization, planning, time management, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-oriented, detailed, with high accountability
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative attitude and always presents professionally
