Job Summary
Lead and coach a 7-member MDR/SDR team across North America to build and optimize the sales pipeline. Responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, managing performance, and driving prospecting/discovery to convert leads into qualified opportunities. Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement best practices, playbooks, and KPIs; manage capacity, provide direct coaching, and establish certification milestones. Maintain Salesforce-based reporting, collaborate on go-to-market strategies, and foster authentic stakeholder relationships while enabling the team to exceed quotas through creative engagement tactics and ongoing process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of MDR/SDR/Inside Sales experience in a B2B environment with a track record of achieving targets
- 1+ years of experience recruiting, managing, and developing MDR/SDR teams
- Strong knowledge of sales methodology
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Groove (or similar workflow tools), chat tools, and SalesNavigator
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends
- Experience building relationships at various organizational levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are highly valued
