Market Development Manager, Pharma

Job Summary
Lead market development for the Pharma packaging product line by shaping strategies, building business cases, and driving growth. Own promotion activities and technical service portfolio, act as a technical and market expert to support Sales and product commercialization, identify adjacent opportunities, develop VOC/VOM insights, and collaborate with Marketing Communications to create product literature and trade-show content. Drive stakeholder relationships with customers, industry partners, and associations; map market needs to current capabilities; provide product positioning ideas and regulatory/regulatory-leaning guidance; coordinate cross-functional teams to execute initiatives. Requires strategic thinking, strong communication in English, knowledge of engineered materials and plastics, and willingness to travel across Europe while working remotely.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field
- 5 to 7 years related experience in market/business development roles in a manufacturing company
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe
