Job Summary
Lead a department dedicated to selling financial products and services, managing team performance and ensuring sound risk management in accordance with standards. Develop and monitor business strategies aligned with Desjardins's priorities, implement action plans to achieve target results, and drive profitability through competitive service offers. Build long-term relationships with members and clients while overseeing skills development, coaching team members, and promoting talent acquisition. Ensure continuous improvement of processes and uphold the cooperative values of the organization. Manage a team focused on delivering exceptional member/client experiences within a specific business line.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
- Knowledge of French
- Advanced proficiency of English
- Available to work one evening per week until 8:00 p.m.
