Job Summary
Market Development Manager for Data Centers oversees North American data center market growth, defines long-term growth plans, builds go-to-market strategies, and leads cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations. Responsibilities include identifying high-value segments (hyperscale, colocation, enterprise), assessing market trends, developing multi-year KPIs, enabling opportunity pipelines, articulating value propositions to data center operators, engineers, and OEM partners, driving product adoption, supporting channel development, and representing the company at industry events. Requires strong strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, travel, and experience in data center or related industrial markets. Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and 7+ years in relevant roles are expected." ,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in market development, business development, or strategic sales
- Experience within data centers, structured cabling, electrical infrastructure, or related industrial markets strongly preferred
- Travel required
