Job Summary
The Market Development Manager (MDM) will collaborate with a Market Development Executive and Team Lead to develop and refine market entry strategies for fast-growing enterprise technology companies. Responsibilities include defining target markets, driving revenue through opportunity development, and supporting pipeline generation. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background in B2B enterprise sales, particularly in SaaS, FinTech, or MarTech, along with exceptional communication skills and the ability to work with cross-cultural teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS
- 1-2 years of prior top of funnel sales experience
- 2-3 years of background in FinTech or MarTech
- Proven success in building, maintaining, and closing opportunities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience selling across multiple ASEAN markets
- Proficient with CRM platforms (ie. Hubspot) and sales enablement tools (ie. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
