Job Summary
Serve as ALC's primary representative within an assigned geographic market, building long-term visibility and credibility through strategic networking, chamber engagement, and referral partner development. Identify, build, and manage a strategic ecosystem of attorneys, bankers, wealth advisors, and technology partners to generate qualified opportunities. Log all networking activity, contacts, and relationships in the CRM consistently while providing ongoing feedback on market trends and competitor activity. Convert these activities into qualified leads, transitioning them to leadership with complete prospect context as proficiency grows. This role begins as a pure hunting position focused on opportunity creation, with potential progression into discovery calls, scoping engagements, and proposal development.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or networking-based relationship building
- Proven track record of building and growing a professional network
- Comfort and energy around consistent, high-volume relationship-building activity — networking events, chamber functions, community involvement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and activity-driven
- Ability to build authentic, trust-based relationships
- Comfortable being measured against clear production and activity targets
- Disciplined about CRM and activity logging
- Can-do attitude coupled with a love of teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in professional services, accounting, finance, or a related B2B environment a plus
- An existing network or ties within ALC's target market(s) a plus
