Job Summary
Market Development Executive role responsible for selling Insight’s Infrastructure technology and services to clients across industries. Develop and execute sales strategies to modernize infrastructure, secure the enterprise, and optimize IT costs; build executive-level relationships (Director through CxO) and with key OEM partners; identify opportunities in cloud, data center, security, and resilience; manage full sales lifecycle from engagement to negotiation and close. Requires 10+ years in field sales for infrastructure solutions, strong knowledge of software-defined data centers, compute, storage, networking, security, and data protection; excellent communication and problem-solving skills to influence stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of field sales experience in infrastructure solutions across data center, cloud, and edge environments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including software-defined data centers, compute, storage, networking, security, and data protection
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
