Job Summary
Own the consensus demand forecast for assigned markets by translating local commercial intelligence into decision-ready plans that connect market realities to supply chain execution. Generate and maintain forecast assumptions with full traceability, develop best- and worst-case scenarios, and manage allocations for constrained products. Lead the local IBP process, prepare materials for the Market Demand Review Meeting, and drive the risks and opportunities process to ensure forecast accuracy and bias performance. Align with supply planning on inventory policies, monitor short shelf-life stock, and coordinate new product introductions with site teams. Deploy and track KPIs while managing relationships across commercial, finance, and supply chain stakeholders to support global IBP maturity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or a related analytical role
- Experience in IBP/S&OP environments with strong demand forecasting and statistical planning knowledge
- Proven ability to collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders
- Experience driving improvements in Forecast Accuracy, Bias, and other planning KPIs
- Proficiency in SAP/planning systems (e.g., RapidResponse, SAP IBP, APO) and advanced Excel skills
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or MBA) preferred
- Certification in Supply Chain Management or IBP (e.g., APICS CPIM, IBF, IBP certification) is a plus
- Experience working in a global, matrix organization is preferred
