Job Summary
Unload inbound shipments from distribution centers and vendors, stage next-day and future delivery items, and load outbound freight to DCs and reverse vendors. Complete product assembly, conduct pre-delivery inspections, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Operate recycling equipment and participate in sustainability programs. Perform daily inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, audits, adjustments, and reporting while managing all WMS functions including scanning, dispatching, and validation. Generate and monitor reports, execute the Return to Manufacturer program, and process damaged or discontinued merchandise. Communicate regularly with third-party logistics partners to resolve delivery claims and maintain professional relationships with vendors and outlet teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 1-2 Years of directly related experience in inventory and return processes
- Experience working with vendors
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proficiency with warehouse technology and inventory systems
- Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification
