Job Summary
Unload inbound shipments from distribution centers and vendors, stage delivery items for external teams, and load outbound freight to DCs and reverse vendors. Complete product assembly, conduct pre-delivery inspections, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Operate recycling equipment, perform daily inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and audits, while managing all functions in the Warehouse Management System including scanning, dispatching, and validation. Generate reports, execute the Return to Manufacturer program, process damaged merchandise, and communicate with third-party logistics partners to resolve delivery claims.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 1-2 Years of directly related experience in inventory and return processes
- Experience working with vendors
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proficiency with warehouse technology and inventory systems
- Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification
