Job Summary

Market Delivery Support Specialist serves as the primary liaison for internal and external customer inquiries, captures feedback to enhance the in-home delivery experience, and proactively resolves customer issues including escalations and Executive Care cases. The role involves monitoring queues and cases in order-management systems, managing "Save the Sale" opportunities to recover revenue, processing changes and SOS, and collaborating with stores, vendors, and distribution centers to ensure inventory integrity and on-time deliveries. It requires utilizing multiple systems for accurate documentation, coordinating with 3PL partners to resolve claims, inputting and managing claims in Lowe’s claims portal, and maintaining timely updates and resolution to preserve customer trust. The position also involves communication with Lowe’s retail teams, supply chain nodes, store operations, and service providers, fostering strong relationships with Pro partners and vendors, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and customer-first mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong listening, communication, and documentation skills are emphasized.

Required Qualifications
