Job Summary
Oversee a Market-based Administrative Service Associates team to support delivery operations, including performance monitoring, inbound call monitoring, customer service escalations, issue identification, resolution, and continuous improvement. Coordinate daily between the Cross Dock Terminal, third-party logistics providers, Bulk Distribution Centers, and Lowe's stores to ensure delivery customer satisfaction through service and quality control standards. Analyze financial variances, prepare action plans, conduct audits, and identify trends to drive operational improvements. Lead supervisory responsibilities including hiring, performance reviews, coaching, and developing associates while serving as the market leader for the XDT Network. Maintain continuous dialogue with third-party vendors to resolve claims involving in-home delivery experiences and communicate delivery successes regularly with retail stores.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree – Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 7 + years of relevant experience
- H.S. Diploma and 9 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of financial statements and plans
- Extensive knowledge of Home Delivery Operations and processes
- Ability to lead others to deliver business results and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Effective problem solving, change leadership, team orientation and empowerment skills
- Supervisory responsibilities including employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance reviews, appraisals, coaching and developing associates
