Market Data Sourcing Manager

Job Summary
Sourcing and contracting for third-party Market Data and related services; build stakeholder partnerships with Market Data Services and Vendor Management Offices; support vendor rationalization and global sourcing initiatives; conduct supplier due diligence, define sourcing requirements, and negotiate commercial terms; ensure governance and compliance through policy adherence; collaborate with Legal, Risk, Third Party Oversight, and Finance to execute agreements; partner with regional teams on local, regional, and global sourcing efforts; leverage Ariba and contract drafting knowledge to manage end-to-end sourcing activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Market Data Services experience
- Knowledge of Sourcing processes
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and judgment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines
- Ability to work effectively across regions and with all levels of management
- Client management and relationship management skills
- Strong financial analysis skills and experience conducting cost/spend analysis
- Knowledge of Ariba procurement tool
- Understanding of legal contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
