Market Data Advisory, Governance & Vendor Management, VP II - State Street Investment Management

Lead analysis and day-to-day governance support for key market data vendors aligned to Index and ESG priorities, including licensing constructs, renewals, service considerations, and commercial outcomes. Represent State Street Investment Management in enterprise-wide discussions regarding market data vendors impacting Index and ESG, and coordinate inputs across stakeholders. Collaborate with teams across Procurement, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Technology to ensure outcomes are commercially sound and operationally executable. Establish strong relationships with Investment Management business teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of market data products and use cases. Drive transparency by producing executive-ready analyses covering vendor economics, usage signals, risks, and strategic options. Support budgeting and spend management activities, including scenario analysis and cost optimization opportunities. Contribute to the evolution of the Market Data operating model, including governance, reporting standards, and scalable ways of working.
