Job Summary
Lead a team of 4 to 8 Franchisees by providing training, performance reviews, and ongoing mentorship. Serve as a brand steward by building relationships with established accounts, delivering products, and stocking retail shelves. Utilize an iPad to manage routes efficiently while preplanning orders, analyzing sales data, and creating reports to inform strategic decisions. Safely operate company vehicles to distribute products to various retail establishments and branch locations, unloading and stocking shelves while minimizing stale products. Identify opportunities to solicit additional business and maintain high client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving history
- Able to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 21 as mandated by DOT regulations
- Successfully pass a drug screen
- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively and meet financial goals
- Strong coaching and training abilities, with experience in company training programs
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Power BI platforms
- Track record of sales growth achievements and understanding of mature markets
- Outstanding customer service skills and commitment to maintaining high client satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated basic math skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low
- Driving Record: candidates cannot have convictions in the past three years on their driving record for DUI/DWI or similar alcohol/drug related offense, careless/reckless driving, chemical test refusal, driving after suspension (unless not notified), fleeing/eluding a police officer, leaving the scene of an accident, passing a stopped school bus, speeding 15 miles+ above the speed limit, or three or more driving violations (not including seat belt violations)
