Job Summary
Conduct customer service duties by introducing bank products, processing debit and credit transactions, and assisting with customer relation issues. Manage the banking center vault including balancing, disbursing cash, and ordering/shipping currency while maintaining CTR records. Travel to surrounding branches as needed to work at multiple locations and open new accounts. Requires 2-3 years of cash handling experience, excellent balancing skills, and ability to lift heavy boxes of coin. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of cash handling experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent balancing record
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy boxes of coin
