Job Summary
Market Clerk duties include keeping market and seafood cases full, rotated, and fresh with prepackaged meats; trim, weigh, package, and label products; promote customer service; stock and rotate products; adhere to quality control and food safety standards; operate equipment (scales, knives, meat grinder, pallet jack); maintain clean and safe work areas; greet customers and take orders by phone/in person; work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; thorough attention to safety procedures and regulatory labeling; collaborate with team members to deliver a positive shopping experience in a retail grocery environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age required
- Food Handler certification required
- Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy
