Job Summary
Oversee financial integrity for the Northern California hospital market and the Doctors Medical Center of Modesto facility, ensuring cost-effective operations and appropriate management of organizational financial risks. Safeguard facility assets and ensure all financial statements, books, and records are prepared and maintained in accordance with GAAP for assigned regions. Enforce compliance with company financial and accounting policies while maintaining effective internal controls through routine monitoring. Serve as a key member of Facility A-Teams to establish and implement strategic business plans for each facility, communicating regularly with internal and external constituents including regulatory bodies. Manage financial oversight across Doctors Medical Center of Modesto, Emanuel Medical Center, Doctors Hospital of Manteca, and San Ramon Regional Medical Center.
