Job Summary
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes to ensure reports are entered and completed on time. Oversee and direct accounting operations within cost centers, develop budgets for divisional consideration, and prepare financial statements aligning with GAAP guidelines. Manage control systems to ensure company integrity, conduct ad hoc financial analyses, and assist in budgeting and cash management activities. Lead team members by establishing clear goals, coaching on performance, and ensuring access to training and development opportunities. Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal policies regarding employment and employee safety while participating in training to expand knowledge of products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related field
- 8-10 years of responsible leadership experiences in management or a supervisory position
- 8-10 years of experience in an operational environment
- Legally eligible to work in the US
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel quarterly
- Outstanding relationship management skills
- Coaching and development skills
- Solid understanding of the solutions business and industries
- Knowledge of a safe working environment
- Strong understanding of planning, processing, and manufacturing service contracts
- Demonstrated knowledge of strategic economics
- Budgeting and accounting principals knowledge
