Job Summary
Market and Product Expansion VP will lead market and product commercialization efforts for Treasury solutions in Latin America, coordinating with Sales and Product Management to tailor pricing and positioning, drive GTM strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and support cross-sell initiatives across the region. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis and research, maintaining deep product understanding to tailor collateral, coordinating GTM readiness and launch activities, maintaining consistency of Treasury messaging, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive client adoption and revenue growth. Ideal candidate brings 5+ years in product management/payments, a bachelor’s degree, strong regulatory and risk governance awareness, cross-functional leadership, strategic communication, fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in product management and/or payments industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, sales, consulting, and/or operations
- Ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to secure necessary market approvals and operational requirements
- Strong understanding of risk management, controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
- Ability to drive cross-collaboration across various levels of the organization
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a constructive outlook in dynamic environments
- Strategic communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese
