Job Summary
Market and Product Expansion Associate responsible for defining value propositions and go-to-market action plans across technical and business dimensions, documenting product requirements for core banking, payments and collections, and developing business cases for new products or enhancements. Works with cross-functional teams (Technology, Finance, Compliance, Operations) to manage product commercialization, participates in UAT, creates marketing materials and training for Sales and Client Service, analyzes customer usage with Marketing and Sales, and collaborates with IT to improve usability. Requires 3+ years in product management or consulting in banking/fintech/tech, a degree in Engineering/CS/Science, and strong analytical, project management, and executive-communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Consulting in Banking, Fintech or Tech related companies
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Science
- Excellent knowledge of Onshore Cash Management is mandatory
- Knowledge of Off shore Cash Management is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong project management discipline
- Strong Client Management and executive communication skills
- Ability to coordinate the work of others, work to tight deadlines and handle multiple concurrent activities
- Strong ability to prioritize initiatives, plan, schedule, organize, handle details accurately, and follow up
