Job Summary
Market Analyst at Colliers International Philippines tasked with conducting qualitative and quantitative research for brokers and clients, gathering information and maintaining a local research database, supporting Tenant Representation in market preparations, liaising with real estate partners and government agencies for market data sharing, preparing ad-hoc research reports for client pitches, and managing Tenant Representation microsites and Google AdWords campaigns. Requires a college degree in business, strong communication, writing, and presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; fresh graduates welcome. Location in Makati City, NCR, Philippines with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
