Job Summary
Market Analyst at Allegis Global Solutions supports Business Development, Implementation, and Client Delivery by advising management at client organizations on contingent pricing models, market-based pricing, and cost savings potential. The role also involves performing economic research on labor markets globally, nationally, and locally, producing written analyses (blogs, white papers, infographics), and creating Labour Market Reports to inform hiring and sourcing strategies. Responsibilities include handling data from internal and external sources, collaborating with client sponsorship and Delivery teams, and presenting findings to executive levels of Fortune 1000 companies. The position emphasizes independence, initiative, and strong analytical communication skills, with a focus on pricing strategy, data visualization, and market insights.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or M.A. in Economics strongly preferred (or related degrees will be considered)
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Recruitment/HR function or staffing industry preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) preferred
- Ability to translate data into actionable information for clients
- Self-starter with initiative and ownership
- Comfortable working with a remote team
- Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets and produce Labour Market Reports
- Experience contributing to blogs, white papers, infographics, or other web content
- Experience advising on pricing models and cost savings initiatives
