Job Summary
Lead market activation and business readiness activities for digital transformation programs, applying Agile methodologies to plan and track activation-related deliverables. Manage stakeholder engagement across multiple geographies while supporting delivery across both market activation and wealth-related workstreams. Track and report activation progress using tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Requires 8–12 years of overall experience with a mandatory minimum of 5 years in BFSI, including proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple geographies and experience spanning both market activation and wealth. Immediate joiners strongly preferred; candidates with a notice period up to 30 days will be considered.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of overall relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience
