Job Summary
The Market Account Coordinator supports the Sales Account Manager to offset customer challenges and accelerate referral-to-patient scheduling. Responsibilities include maximizing data utilization, streamlining referral management, and improving customer satisfaction by collaborating with MDOs and internal teams to ensure a seamless Palmetto Infusion experience. The role involves developing and implementing communication strategies to minimize excessive outreach while maintaining strong relationships, resolving customer concerns, and spending time in the field with the Sales Account Manager to understand market dynamics and customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or relevant healthcare license or experience
- 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel
